Talented Medical Solutions is a Joint Commission-certified, minority-owned healthcare staffing agency specializing in staffing solutions nationwide. They are seeking experienced 360 Healthcare Recruiters to manage the recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement across various healthcare staffing verticals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full 360 recruitment desk, including both client acquisition and candidate placement
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and hiring managers
• Source, recruit, screen, and place qualified healthcare professionals
• Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship building
• Negotiate bill rates, compensation packages, travel stipends, and placement terms
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and client opportunities
• Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, compliance, and placement activities
• Track recruiting metrics and consistently drive revenue growth
• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience
• Proven ability to source, recruit, and place healthcare professionals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience running a full 360 desk (business development and recruiting)
• Experience within one or more of the following verticals: Locum Tenens, Advanced Practice, Travel Nursing, Allied Health
• Knowledge of healthcare staffing margins, bill rates, and travel compensation packages
• Demonstrated success in generating new business and closing placements
