They are seeking a Go-to-Market Recruiter to work with high-growth technology clients in the SaaS space, focusing on full-cycle recruiting and developing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting with a focus on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.)
• Partner closely with clients to understand their business, culture, and hiring needs
• Utilize sourcing tools and creative strategies to find and engage top talent
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-caliber candidates for current and future roles
• Track activity and data in Bullhorn, maintaining top-notch organization
• Develop strong client and candidate relationships based on trust, speed, and communication
• Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics

Skills

• 2-5+ years of proven recruitment agency experience, preferably in Go-to-Market roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adopt new tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, humility, empathy, and a team-first attitude
