Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BCD Travel is a leading travel management company that works with major clients in the Media & Entertainment industry. The Global Program Manager II will manage a unique client portfolio, focusing on client retention, contract negotiation, and business planning while delivering high-touch consultancy and strategy to clients.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the coordination of all central communication across regions for both BCD Travel and the client's global initiatives or interests
• Formulate and manage multi-national business plans with the client with the goal of increasing revenues, decreasing cost, better utilizing assets, and reducing risk of client attrition
• Develop Service Level Agreement for Service, Financial, MIS/CDS, Program Performance, Technology, and Communication indicators
• Create and manage to budgets and financials (includes billing, payment & profitability)
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision makers at all levels within the customer organization, including introduction of BCD Travel senior management to customer
• Negotiate client contract terms and manage to all contractual terms
• Identify opportunities to use global technology tools and new processes

Skills

• Extensive travel industry experience in account management
• Experience implementing and managing large market/ global clients
• Thorough knowledge of business travel management and travel industry technology
• Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation) in English
• Experience managing cross functional work teams
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally on regular basis
