OPIS is a full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies worldwide. They are building a network of experienced Clinical Project Managers (CPMs) to support anticipated future growth within their Clinical Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Global clinical trial management across Phase I–IV studies
• Project planning, execution, and oversight
• Sponsor relationship management and client communication
• Timeline, budget, and resource management
• Vendor and CRO oversight
• Risk identification, mitigation, and issue management
• Cross-functional leadership across Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, Medical Writing, and Regulatory teams
• Study start-up, conduct, and close-out activities
• Quality management and inspection readiness
• Team leadership and stakeholder management

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related scientific discipline
• At least 1-2 years experience as a Clinical Project Manager
• Experience working within a CRO environment
• Experience managing global clinical studies and international project teams
• Previous Clinical Research Associate (CRA) experience required
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and project management principles
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English communication skills
