They are seeking a Financial Customer Service Professional who will work closely with Financial Advisors to assist clients in achieving their long-term financial goals while receiving comprehensive training and support.

Responsibilities

• Shadow current Financial Advisors
• Comprehensive 6-month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you
• A wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office
• You'll often work independently but will have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way

Skills

• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
• Basic knowledge of finance and investment services
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Clean background
• MUST reside in the United States
• MUST be 18 or older
• Experience in financial services or customer service is a plus, but not required
• Series 6 or 63 licenses is a plus, but not required
