Responsibilities

• Manage a personal book of business with full client relationship ownership
• Provide holistic financial planning, investment management, and risk analysis
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
• Conduct client meetings to deliver tailored financial recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
• Achieve production and revenue targets as established by firm leadership
• Stay informed on industry developments, compliance requirements, and market conditions
• Mentor junior advisors and team members

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Active Series 65 license, Series 66 license, CFP designation, CFA designation, ChFC designation, or CIC designation required
• Proven track record in financial advising and business development
• Exceptional relationship management and consultative sales skills
• Demonstrate excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Possess a willingness to learn firm technologies
