Responsibilities

• Define and structure research-driven workflows within specialized financial domains
• Design and develop evaluation frameworks and test cases to assess workflow completion and model performance
• Evaluate Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities in areas such as financial statement analysis, market trend identification, risk assessment, and data extraction
• Support data curation and annotation efforts to enhance model training and fine-tuning
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and drive continuous improvement

Skills

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience in the finance industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts effectively
• Exposure to AI/LLM technologies, fintech applications, or collaboration with technical teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, data annotation, and evaluation frameworks
• Experience in Investment Banking – M&A, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance
• Experience in Private Equity – Deal Sourcing, Due Diligence, Portfolio Management
• Experience in Asset Management – Portfolio Management, Investment Strategy, Quantitative Analysis
• Experience in Equity Research – Company Analysis, Financial Modeling, Research Writing
