This role involves partnering with marketing leadership to build, shape, and execute marketing initiatives that support business goals, focusing on campaign ideation, performance tracking, and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing Managers/Directors to build and execute strategic marketing plans
• Drive campaigns across digital, content, advertising, and brand channels
• Own marketing initiatives end-to-end—from planning to execution to optimization
• Develop and assess marketing collateral and content strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and convert insights into actionable improvements
• Conduct competitive analysis and recommend positioning strategies
• Support and manage events, sponsorships, and brand initiatives
• Act as a marketing consultant to internal stakeholders, influencing decisions
• Ensure alignment with organizational mission and business priorities
• Identify process improvements and bring fresh ideas to elevate marketing outcomes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field
• 3+ years of marketing or relevant professional experience
• Strong exposure to digital marketing and campaign execution
• Proven ability to drive measurable results
• Experience working with data, trends, and insights
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Background in healthcare or mission-driven organizations
