Responsibilities

• Partnering with Account Managers to understand client hiring needs and company culture
• Participating in client intake calls to learn search requirements and hiring strategies
• Sourcing and identifying top candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, and our internal database
• Conducting in-depth phone interviews to evaluate experience, career goals, and motivations
• Managing candidate pipelines, interview coordination, and onboarding activity
• Building relationships with candidates and delivering an exceptional recruiting experience throughout the hiring process
