Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities across your sector, bringing a consultative, strategic approach to every conversation
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from client intake and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement, delivering a smooth and professional experience at every step
• Nurture strong partnerships with both clients and candidates, taking the time to understand their goals and ensuring long-term alignment
• Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and Loxo and to uncover top-tier talent and hard-to-find skill sets
• Provide consultative insights and creative solutions that help clients attract, hire, and retain the best professionals in the market

Skills

• At least 2 years of success in recruitment or sales
• A track record of hitting and exceeding goals
• Ability to identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities
• Experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle
• Strong partnership building skills with clients and candidates
• Ability to leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and Loxo
• Ability to provide consultative insights and creative solutions
