• Design, build, test, and support Professional Billing enhancements and workflows

Skills

• Current Epic Professional Billing Certification
• Epic Professional Billing (PB) Certification (current and active)
• Core PB experience including: Estimates, Self-Pay Follow-Up / SBO, Patient Statements, Insurance Follow-Up, Denials Management
• PB Claims expertise, including: Claim Attachments, Claim Status Integration
• Experience with design, build, testing, and ongoing technical support within Epic PB
