Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Application Analyst to support ongoing operational maintenance and high-volume service requests within a complex healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Epic Cadence application build, configuration, and operational support.

• Support ongoing operational maintenance and high-volume service requests within a complex healthcare environment
• Possess deep expertise in Epic Cadence application build, configuration, and operational support
• Efficiently manage routine enhancement requests while maintaining system integrity and performance

Skills

• Epic Cadence Certification (Active certification required)
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Epic Cadence build and application support experience
• Strong experience supporting patient scheduling and front-end operational workflows
• Expertise in: Visit Type Maintenance, Decision Trees, Scheduling Configuration, Department Build, Work Queues, Appointment Scheduling, Cadence Build and Optimization
• Experience supporting production environments and managing high-volume service requests
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
