• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• At least 5 years in a senior role
• CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential
• Experience in education (K-8 day schools, Jewish education, or similar mission-driven nonprofits)
• Familiarity with real estate development, leasing, and capital projects in a nonprofit or school context
• Passion for Jewish education and the mission of connecting Jewish families to Torah and community
