Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is hiring a Technical Product Owner for one of its leading customers in the life sciences space. The TPO will own the day-to-day product and platform management of a global external digital ecosystem, managing the product backlog, defining requirements, and coordinating delivery for website launches and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope
• Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members
• Own the day-to-day product and platform management of a global external digital ecosystem
• Manage the product backlog
• Define requirements
• Prioritize initiatives
• Coordinate delivery for website launches, enhancements, integrations, and operational work
• Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, UX, security, compliance, content, and external vendors to ensure digital products are stable, secure, scalable, and aligned to business needs
• Oversight of platform operations such as vulnerability remediation, access management, redirect and domain management, and site lifecycle activities including launches, archiving, and decommissioning

Skills

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital Platform Delivery
• Experience owning enterprise web/CMS platforms and external-facing digital properties
• Strong background translating business goals into requirements, backlog, roadmap, and delivery plans
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and managing cross-functional delivery across multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of web operations, security, compliance, and vendor management in enterprise environments
• Experience with Brightspot CMS, Brightcove, Akamai, or similar enterprise digital platforms
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital performance optimization
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma, or other compliance-heavy environments
