Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls
• Assist members with health plan information and enrollments
• Complete outbound follow-up calls as needed
• Support members through chat interactions
• Document customer interactions accurately
• De-escalate concerns and provide excellent customer service

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare or Medicaid experience preferred but not required
