As a Sleep Apnea Coach, you'll be responsible for guiding patients through their sleep therapy journey by providing expert coaching, education, and support to enhance patient compliance and health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert coaching and compassionate support to sleep apnea patients throughout their treatment
• Educate patients about their therapy equipment, usage, and benefits to encourage adherence and engagement
• Communicate with patients across various platforms (phone, email, video, etc.) to ensure consistent, high-quality interaction
• Monitor patient progress using cloud-based systems and offer tailored solutions to address challenges
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and collaborating with the team
• Represent our brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity in every interaction

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills, and written/oral communication skills
• Experience working remotely
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems such as AirView, Care Orchestrator, and iCodeConnect
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
