In this role, you will engage potential clients, address their inquiries, and contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients via dialing software and phone to provide information about our services
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions to their needs
• Support the sales team by transferring pre qualified leads
