Job Overview We’re hiring Customer Service / Insurance Agents to join our fully remote team. This position focuses on building relationships with clients, presenting tailored life insurance solutions, and providing policy support. Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend insurance products
• Educate clients on policy options, underwriting, and benefits
• Assist with basic policy servicing, such as endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary changes
• Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing training sessions
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals Qualifications
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check
• Active life insurance license preferred (or willing to obtain – we provide guidance!)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment
• Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in CRM tools, video conferencing, and digital communication Preferred Experience
• Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service
