This part-time, fully remote position involves managing the hiring process and sourcing candidates to ensure the best fit for roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing offer negotiations
• Source and screen candidates via resume evaluations, phone screenings, and virtual interviews to ensure the best fit for each role
• Leverage social media and job boards to increase brand visibility and connect with qualified candidates

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR staffing
• Fluent in English
• Strong background in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR
• Excellent communicator
