About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Dental Coach to support our clients in successfully implementing our software and driving measurable practice growth. This role combines technology adoption, team coaching, and revenue optimization—particularly around cosmetic and high-value treatment case acceptance. This is a remote, project-based role working directly with multiple client practices through virtual sessions, offering flexibility in how you manage your schedule and engagements. Well-suited for a seasoned coach or consultant with an existing remote practice who has capacity to take on additional client engagements. What You’ll Do

• Guide dental practices through successful implementation and adoption of our software
• Coach teams on improving case acceptance, especially for cosmetic and high-value treatments
• Deliver engaging virtual presentations and training sessions
• Provide personalized, one-on-one coaching to doctors and team members
• Help clients translate technology into measurable production growth

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in dental coaching, consulting, or practice management
• Strong understanding of case acceptance strategies and patient communication
• Comfort with technology implementation and workflow optimization
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills (virtual-first)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements
