• Supporting our delivery and customer care teams with a mix of practical tasks
• Setting up and configuring new client accounts on our platform
• Helping to respond to client queries
• Generally keeping the wheels turning during a high volume stretch

Skills

• Strong written communication, you'll be dealing directly with clients
• Comfortable with web-based platforms and picking up new systems quickly
• Organised and reliable, especially when managing multiple tasks at once
• Available to start promptly and commit to the full contract period
• Previous experience in a SaaS, tech, or admin-heavy environment would be a bonus
