Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Silicon Valley Speakers is a consulting and content brand founded by a speaker business entrepreneur with a focus on AI. The Content & Operations Lead will manage content delivery and marketing operations, enhancing the quality and volume of content while scaling the consulting offering.

Responsibilities

• Run my content engine using AI. I'm running a biweekly newsletter, 5x-a-week LinkedIn content, and monthly webinars, and am looking to create more video content. You'd be responsible for taking over my existing AI content workflows, managing a freelance video editor, and improving my content quality and volume
• Managing marketing & operations for my speaker agency. You'd be responsible for website SEO/AEO optimization through blog posts and technical improvements using Claude Code, use AI to assist with client and speaker logistics, and manage low-fee deals end-to-end
• Scale the consulting offering. You'd leverage Higgsfield & a freelance video editor to create Meta ad creative with my oversight

Skills

• You take initiative and feel a high level of personal responsibility for your work
• You have a background in either copywriting or journalism, and have a keen eye for AI tropes
• You have a passion for learning about business, social, and cultural dynamics
• Already fluent with AI tools and fast to learn a system
