They are seeking an experienced CMDB Business Process Consultant / Business Analyst to support a high-impact ServiceNow CMDB Assessment and Data Governance engagement for a leading financial services organization.

• User Stories
• Process Flows
• Workshop Summaries
• Governance Documentation
• RACI Matrices

Skills

• Experience as a CMDB Business Process Consultant / Business Analyst
• Strong business analysis expertise
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow CMDB
• Understanding of ITSM/ITOM processes
• Understanding of data governance principles
• Ability to create clear, concise, and client-ready documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), User Stories, Process Flows, Workshop Summaries, Governance Documentation, and RACI Matrices
• ServiceNow certification such as CSA (Certified System Administrator) or equivalent
• Experience within financial services, banking, insurance, or other highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Data Foundations methodology
• Knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Experience developing executive presentations, assessment reports, and strategic recommendations for leadership audiences
