Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lenmar Consulting Inc is seeking an Events Data Associate to support a busy events team by managing event data and generating reports. The role involves ensuring data accuracy and providing a seamless registration experience for events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and clean event data in Salesforce and Cvent
• Generate attendee and registration reports
• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI
• Create Excel reports using pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
• Monitor event inboxes and communicate professionally with stakeholders
• Support event registration, speaker management, and committee data
• Ensure data accuracy by identifying and correcting inconsistencies

Skills

• Experience with Salesforce and Cvent
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup)
• Experience supporting events or conference operations
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities
