• Assisting clients with vacation research and booking coordination
• Helping create customized travel experiences based on client preferences
• Providing excellent customer support before, during, and after travel
• Managing reservations, itineraries, and travel details
• Using online booking systems and travel supplier platforms
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development

• Basic computer and internet skills
• Customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel experience is a plus — but not required
