Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Velosio is a leading organization in business applications, seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Microsoft Dynamics CE Team. The role involves providing exceptional client experiences by leading projects, managing relationships, and guiding clients through the implementation of CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Velosio PMO on project schedules, client communication, and team expectations
• Work closely with the client to flush out business requirements, design of business process and the CRM solution
• Perform documentation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and go-live activities
• Advise, guide, and provide insights to the client throughout the entire project engagement
• Closely manage project risks, budget, and timeline
• As needed, provide support to Velosio’s existing clients
• Build long term client relationships that result in expanding Velosio services and solutions
• Provide sales support in leading client discussions and the creation of demos, estimates, proposals, and SOWs
• Be aligned to Velosio’s core values, tools, and processes
• Continuously educate yourself and team on the latest technologies and Microsoft releases
• Foster a team environment
• Lead activities like lunch-n-learns, social postings/videos, and talk tracks at conferences
• Be an advocate for the team

Skills

• Has specific hands-on experience with D365 Field Service
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and CRM subject matter expert
• Experience with best practices, implementation methodology, and Dev Ops
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years consulting experience
• Excellent presentation and written/oral communication
• Experience communicating with Directors and C-level management
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
• Possess business consulting and estimating skills for engagements
• Able to travel as needed, up to 30%
