Position Overview: We’re hiring a reliable full-time call scheduler to support our appointment-setting operations. All outbound calls are placed through our company-provided dialing system, so there’s no need to use a personal phone, number, or software. Calls are short, clearly structured, and fully script-based, making this an ideal role for someone who values consistency, process, and efficiency. What You’ll Be Doing: In this role, you’ll make a high volume of outbound calls each day using our internal calling platform. You’ll follow established scripts to qualify leads and book appointments, while accurately recording call outcomes, notes, and follow-up tasks in our system. This is a full-time position requiring a dependable schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.
