This role will focus on business analysis, process improvement, requirements management, system integration, testing, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance crash reporting and data management processes.

Skills

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong expertise in Process Improvement and Requirements Management
• Experience with System Integration and SDLC methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Data Analysis, QA, and UAT testing
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Transportation, Highway Safety, or Traffic Operations experience
• Crash Reporting and Crash Data Management expertise
• Knowledge of NHTSA reporting requirements
• Government or Public Sector experience
