The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, identifying project opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the construction and infrastructure market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and project owners
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Ready Mix Concrete products
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Skills

• 3+ years of sales/business development experience in Ready Mix Concrete, cement, aggregates, construction materials, or related industries
• Strong network within the construction and infrastructure sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
