The role focuses on building new business, developing partnerships, and closing opportunities across multiple U.S. markets, with regular travel for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial facility management and maintenance space
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility leaders, and commercial real estate professionals
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations from start to finish
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows across the U.S
• Develop and grow long-term strategic partnerships that drive revenue and expansion

Skills

• 5+ years of business development experience in commercial facility management and/or maintenance
• Strong network within commercial real estate and facilities management
• Proven ability to generate leads and close new business
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, travel-heavy role
• Willing and able to travel frequently across the U.S
