The role involves developing strong partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to sales growth and market share.

Responsibilities

• Accelerating B2B sales growth by developing strong partner relationships
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Serving as a passionate representative for Intrepid Travel
• Using business development expertise to expand market share
• Deepening partner engagement
• Collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful business results
• Measuring success through clear KPIs, including sales growth, partner retention, engagement activity, and overall contribution to regional targets

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales roles, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding performance KPIs and sales targets
• Experience in outside sales, account management, or business development
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships that drive measurable sales growth and market share
• 2+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
• Excellent public speaking, presentation creation and execution, and communication skills, with confidence representing the brand externally
• Strong personal drive, commercial acumen, and motivation to deliver against defined sales and engagement metrics
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, with willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
