The Business Development Executive will identify new opportunities and engage senior decision-makers to introduce GlobalData's intelligence platform, while receiving training and mentorship to develop B2B sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage senior decision-makers and introduce GlobalData’s intelligence platform to potential clients
• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business leads through outbound outreach and strategic research
• Conduct online demonstrations that show how GlobalData’s insights help companies make better decisions
• Consistently generate and manage opportunities that lead to new business wins
• Your success is rewarded through an uncapped commission structure
• Work closely with experienced sales leaders who will coach you to develop the skills needed to progress into senior sales roles

Skills

• 6–12 months experience in sales, customer-facing, or competitive environments (retail, hospitality, call center, recruitment, athletics, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
• A competitive mindset and strong work ethic
• Coachability and openness to feedback
• Curiosity and the ability to ask thoughtful questions
• Resilience and determination when facing challenges
