Therap Services is the national leader in online electronic health records and documentation for people with developmental disabilities, seeking a Remote Assistant Business Development Consultant. The role involves assisting with customer inquiries, closing sales, and building relationships within prospective and current organizations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with responding to potential customer inquiries with formal and informal presentations, including demos of the Therap system
• Communicate the value of Therap Services solutions with prospects and clients
• Assist with negotiations to close sales of Therap Services products
• Assist with closing sales of Therap Services products
• Assist with upgrading clients' use of Therap Services
• Build relationships within prospective and current organizations
• Network, prospect and qualify account opportunities
• Utilize CRM documentation
• Attend industry conferences

Skills

• Experience utilizing Therap for a year plus
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain close relationships with the Sales team and customers
• Ability to use consultative and sales skills to understand customer business requirements and recommend Therap Services solutions that best solve their business needs
• Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
• Ability to be flexible to operate in a customer focused environment and advocate for customers across a cross-functional organization
