The Sales Leader will be responsible for maintaining compliance, collaborating with teammates, and educating clients on their insurance options.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with licensing and compliance requirements
• Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding client experience
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
• Recommend solutions based on client needs and goals
• Educate clients on coverage options and answer questions
• Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom
• Connect with individuals who requested insurance information

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience is helpful
• Comfortable working remotely and using technology
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain one
