Responsibilities

Skills

• Exp: 9 to 12 years
• Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in IT operations, data management, or a related field
• CMDB : Hands-on experience with maintaining, updating, and managing CMDB data, including familiarity with data entry, validation, and reporting
• SQL: Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting from relational databases
• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights
• Familiarity with ITIL framework, especially configuration management processes
• Hands-on experience with CMDB tools (such as ServiceNow, or similar platforms)
• Previous roles involving database management, data analysis, or reporting
