• Master's degree

• Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Candidates must have U.S. work authorization
• Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts is advantageous
