They are seeking a Brand Program Analyst to support the growth and strategic management of their branded pharmaceutical portfolio through financial analysis, reporting, and market research to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of manufacturer program performance, profitability, market dynamics, and industry trends by gathering data, identifying trends, and preparing insights for review by senior team members
• Support manufacturer business reviews and agreement evaluations through data collection, financial analysis, presentation preparation, and performance reporting
• Assist in evaluating partnership opportunities, portfolio initiatives, and program investments by preparing financial models, reports, and supporting analyses
• Collaborate with the Brand Program team and cross-functional stakeholders to support implementation of strategic initiatives and operational objectives
• Maintain and continuously improve processes, tools, reporting, and documentation that support efficient program management, operational excellence, and scalable growth

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in business operations, healthcare, pharmaceutical, supply chain, or account management; open to adjacent industries with strong analytical and project management experience
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decision-making
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Foundational understanding of business concepts such as profitability, margins, and cost structures, with a willingness to learn how these drivers impact business performance
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in contract-driven or regulated environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Willingness to travel ~10–20% for conferences, manufacturer meetings, and business needs
