They are seeking a B2B marketer to build the partner marketing and customer advocacy motion for ElevenAgents, focusing on driving customer and partner engagement to maximize the return on relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build the partner marketing and customer advocacy motion for ElevenAgents
• Run partner co-marketing and/or customer advocacy programs at a high-growth B2B company
• Shape narratives for any audience, from a case study to a conference keynote
• Identify the right customers and partners to build genuine advocacy at enterprise scale
• Measure what you build and communicate results clearly to leadership
• Set priorities and move fast without much process

Skills

• Have run partner co-marketing and/or customer advocacy programs at a high-growth B2B company, and know what moved the needle
• Are a natural storyteller and strong writer who can shape narratives for any audience, from a case study to a conference keynote
• Understand what it takes to build genuine advocacy at enterprise scale - identifying the right customers and partners, earning their trust, and making it easy for them to say yes
• Can measure what you build and communicate results clearly to leadership
• Work well without much process - this role is being built from scratch, and needs someone who sets their own priorities and moves fast
• Experience marketing AI agents, contact center technology, or developer tooling
