They are seeking an already-licensed Associate Financial Planner who will deliver financial plans to qualified investors, manage client relationships, and help shape the delivery of planning services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial plans to warm, qualified investors coming through our pipeline
• No cold prospecting
• Manage client relationships post-onboarding alongside our founder
• Help shape how KWP delivers planning services as one of our first licensed hires

Skills

• Series 65, or Series 7 plus 66, active and in good standing
• Comfort working independently in a fast-moving startup environment
• Genuine interest in financial planning, not just AUM accumulation
