Appointment Setter Insurance & Financial Services We're looking for a motivated appointment setter to book qualified consultations for our licensed insurance advisors. Scripts, leads, and dialing systems are all provided — your job is to connect, qualify, and set the appointment. Pay: $10–$15 per booked appointment — market-rate commission for setters. No base, no cap. Reliable setters hitting 30–40 bookings per month are consistently earning $300–$600/month part-time or more full-time. What you'll do

• Make outbound calls from provided lead lists using our dialer system
• Follow a proven script to introduce our services and qualify prospects
• Schedule appointments directly onto our advisors' calendars
• Track your activity and dispositions inside our CRM
• Communicate daily with the team via our shared workflow tools

What we're looking for

• Clear, confident phone presence — you don't mind dialing
• Organized and reliable — you show up and hit your numbers
• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
