They are currently seeking an Analytics Engineer to support the design and implementation of scalable data solutions, empowering stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Strategy with data analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of analytical reporting ETL pipelines and related front-end interfaces (e.g., dashboards), leveraging data languages such as SQL and Python, and platforms such as Snowflake and pipeline management tools
• Contribute to the development and execution of QA and UAT protocols, proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues to ensure solutions perform effectively
• Support training and ongoing support to data users, enabling them to effectively utilize data solutions and tools
• Collaborate on the development of advanced analytics prototypes to drive strategic initiatives and business outcomes
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to support scalability and knowledge transfer across the organization

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related fields, including data pipeline development
• Knowledge of Data Modeling, Data Architecture, ETL, and Data Warehouse methodologies
• Experience with SQL for data manipulation or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or MicroStrategy
• Familiarity with data integration tools like Dataiku or dbt
• Experience working in a media company, specifically within advertising sales
