[Remote] Analyst - Legal Operations

They are seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to support Fortune 500 law departments in managing eBilling solutions and improving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support day to day delivery across managed services workstreams with strong expertise in TeamConnect
- Support the matter management lifecycle
- Review legal spend and eBilling
Skills
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent track record in previous customer support/customer service engagements
- Experience as a business analyst, legal operations analyst, or similar role within an organization
- Prior role as a consultant or in-house strategy analyst
- Demonstrated track record of utilizing and supporting TeamConnect is required
- Experience with legal eBilling
- Experienced and proficient with Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Degree or relevant work experience in a relevant industry
