CONFLUX SYSTEMS is seeking a client-facing Airtable Specialist with strong expertise in Airtable to design, build, and optimize scalable no-code solutions. This role involves engaging with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical workflows and delivering reliable systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance solutions using Airtable (bases, automations, interfaces, permissions, integrations)
• Troubleshoot issues and support day-to-day workflow enablement
• Maintain and optimize databases, automations, and system performance
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions
• Identify workflow gaps and recommend scalable improvements
• Participate in client meetings and drive solution alignment
• Ensure governance, data integrity , and compliance standards
• Document workflows and promote best practices for maintainability

Skills

• 5+ years in digital, systems, or no-code solution delivery
• 3+ years of hands-on Airtable experience (MUST HAVE)
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Airtable certifications
• Exposure to no-code/AI platforms
