As an AI/ML Engineer III, you'll lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning technologies.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning technologies supporting autonomy, computer vision, perception systems, generative AI, and advanced analytics
• Rapidly prototype innovative solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, AI, or related STEM field (Master's preferred)
• 6+ years of AI/ML experience (9+ years in lieu of degree)
• Strong experience with Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
• Expertise in deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI (Transformers), computer vision, and neural networks
• Experience building and deploying production AI/ML solutions and scalable training pipelines
• Knowledge of CPU/GPU computing, MLOps, model validation, and data engineering
• Ability to lead technical direction, mentor engineers, and translate high-level objectives into AI solutions
• Experience with embedded, autonomous, or real-time systems is highly preferred
• Aerospace, defense, robotics, or autonomous systems experience is a strong plus
