The role involves leading change management activities for strategic transformation programs, conducting assessments, and developing strategies to support organizational change and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management activities for strategic transformation programs
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments and analyze findings
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans
• Perform change impact assessments and identify risks
• Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational adoption
• Create training materials and instructional design programs
• Develop communication plans to support change initiatives
• Coach leadership teams on organizational development and behavioral change
• Support culture transformation and workforce enablement initiatives
• Collaborate with global teams, including offshore stakeholders

Skills

• Strong Change Management / OCM experience
• Expertise in Organizational Readiness Assessments
• Change Impact Assessment experience
• Stakeholder Management and Executive Communication skills
• Training Development and Instructional Design experience
• Organizational Development background
• Retail, Apparel, or Fashion industry experience
• Supply Chain transformation experience highly desired
