The role involves developing an enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence strategic roadmap and governance framework, including oversight structures, responsible-use policy, and implementation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI governance structures, oversight roles, intake and approval processes, steering committee and advisory council models, accountability mechanisms, transparency measures, and reporting standards
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness
