They are looking for an early-career Agentic Software Engineer 1 to work primarily on back-end development using PHP and Laravel, while also providing opportunities for growth across the tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Take on clearly scoped tasks and pieces of features and turn them into clean, readable code
• Work in Git
• Build a feel for how things get tested and deployed
• Use AI coding assistants to draft and refine code
• Check AI output against clear acceptance criteria
• Question AI-generated content when necessary
