DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a mission-driven Partner Marketing Administrator to enhance awareness of health plans supporting their value-based care program through direct engagement with kidney care patients. The role involves building relationships within dialysis clinics, educating patients and caregivers about health plan options, and collaborating with care teams to promote informed health insurance decisions.

Responsibilities

• Represent the value-based care program’s affiliated health plans within dialysis clinics and the surrounding community to raise awareness, build trust, and support informed patient coverage decisions
• Build strong relationships with in-clinic staff—facility administrators, social workers, and administrative assistants—to facilitate coordinated, compliant marketing efforts
• Develop a strong understanding of the plan’s benefits, eligibility criteria, and the role of care management in driving better health outcomes for members
• Partner with assigned brokers to support enrollment of interested patients
• Communicate plan and program information in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner—ensuring CMS marketing guidelines and internal compliance guardrails are followed
• Identify barriers to engagement and provide insights that improve our local marketing approach
• Track engagement and field activity metrics to support performance evaluation and continuous improvement
• Potential to represent the plan at community events or engage existing members for retention activities
• Travel to clinic locations at least four days per week to speak with kidney care patients, caregivers, and clinic staff
• Occasional option to work Saturdays and evening events, if desired

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active Health and Life Insurance License from the state of California required; Medicare Advantage marketing experience strongly preferred
• Must reside in LA or OC County with a preference for LA
• Required to be in Davita clinics 5 days per week between 7:30 and 2:30
• Travel to Denver HQ 2 times annually
• Proven relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, with strong personal organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
• Must possess a valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
• Medicare Advantage marketing experience strongly preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, insurance sales, grassroots outreach, or community engagement preferred
• Bilingual / Spanish-speaking is strongly preferred
