They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support day-to-day accounts payable operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Review, triage, and respond to incoming AP correspondence through the Finance email inbox in a timely and organized manner
• Maintain complete and accurate records for all accounts payable transactions, invoices, and supporting documentation
• Enter, verify, and reconcile financial data across systems, and assist with data cleanup projects to support overall data integrity
• Execute standard accounts payable workflows independently, adhering to internal controls and departmental procedures

Skills

• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy across data and documentation
• Comfort working in financial systems, such as NetSuite
• Flexibility w/schedule
