[Remote] Account Manager - Expansion Sales(B2B SaaS, Chicago)

The Account Manager will drive growth and retention in strategic North America accounts by building relationships and ensuring customers realize the value of Zenoti's platform.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, positioning, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Zenoti’s add-on solutions and AI-powered products
  • Develop deep, trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders to align Zenoti with customers’ business strategies
  • Build and execute strategic account plans that address customer objectives, operational challenges, and growth goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on business strategy, operational efficiency, customer experience, and expansion across locations and solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Services teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Monitor client health and usage metrics, surfacing opportunities for optimization and measurable ROI
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account documentation in internal systems
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to provide forward-looking guidance to clients

Skills

  • 10+ years in a quota-carrying enterprise SaaS role, with proven success in account management and expansion
  • Consistent record of over-achievement in exceeding targets in account management and sales roles within the SaaS industry
  • Strong understanding of cloud and AI-driven technologies with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events across North America
